Oars Design Studio is a home-grown creative brand built on the vision of bringing Assam’s cultural richness into everyday life. What began as a small personal sketchbook has grown into a design-led studio that blends tradition with contemporary aesthetics.

Every product we craft carries a touch of Assam or the Northeast—whether inspired by local motifs, folklore, landscapes, or traditional craftsmanship. Each design is first researched thoroughly, sketched by hand or crafted digitally on Procreate, and then refined for commercial production without losing its cultural essence.

Our mission is simple: to help today’s children and young people stay connected to their roots through meaningful, beautifully illustrated products. We believe culture becomes stronger when it becomes part of daily life, and our designs aim to spark pride, curiosity, and belonging.
