  • All products are created through original designs developed by Oars Design Studio.

  • Colours, textures, and minor visual elements may vary slightly due to screen settings or handcrafted production processes.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made through the approved payment methods displayed on the website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product type and volume of orders.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on the courier partner.

  • Oars Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns and Replacements

  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • If a customer receives a damaged product:

    • Share a clear photograph of the damage along with the receipt to +91 9864419692 within 48 hours of delivery.

    • After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

  • Damage claims raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

  • In rare cases where Oars Design Studio is unable to fulfil an order, the customer will be notified, and a refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, illustrations, artworks, and written content on the website are copyrighted.

  • No part of the site may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission from Oars Design Studio.
